The Thrive Factory for healthy teams and healthy people

We believe that work doesn’t have to be painful, either because of physical or emotional stresses in the modern day workplace, or because of the annoyances and frustrations caused by the expectations and dynamics of working on a team.

We also believe that both the team’s “health” and the team member’s well being have a direct effect on productivity and outcomes. If a team is not functioning well, the results suffer, and if an individual is overly stressed or burnt out, they suffer and their potential suffers with them.

84% of working adults think that working on teams in the workplace is difficult.

In partnership with Veev Mindful Health and Fitness we have created The Thrive Factory – a capacity building program that is focused on the “health” of teams and the well being of individuals in the workplace.

Our goal is to ease “workplace pain” with engaging, experiential learning programs, retreats, workshops and coaching. These learning experiences are ideal for workplace teams and leaders to foster personal wellness in the workplace, and to create high-functioning, productive teams that thrive, not just survive.

Almost four in ten Canadian employees acknowledge that workplace stress has made them physically ill at times.

Leadership, communication and collaboration skills workshops

Our workshops offer practical knowledge and skills that will help you get a grip on workplace goals and objectives, team dynamics, interpersonal communication, and critical / creative thinking.

While we have a selection of workshop topics for your consideration, we do not deliver “canned” training, and topic requests are welcome. All of our relevant, hands-on learning events are tailored based on consultation with you to meet the specific and unique needs of your group.

To support effective implementation of what is learned, all of our workshops include short-term post-workshop coaching for participants. To expand and deepen knowledge and skill building, we can develop a learning program or Community of Practice that aligns with your organizational learning goals.

“Traction Strategy has proven time and time again that their services motivate and create value. In our most recent training, the techniques learned even helped us close a huge deal that very day that was at risk. Now that’s what I call effective!”
